Sleeps max 10, best for 4–8 who want room to spread out. (3) King bedrooms, (1) Queen bedroom, plus a queen sleeper in living room, twin sleeper in den, daybed and rollaway on lower floor suite if you need extra beds. 2 bathrooms. No cleaning fees. There is also a make-up "glam" station in lower suite floor complete with accessories to make your preparation much easier.

We've hosted grandparents and grandkids under one roof, families in town for a wedding or graduation, and first-time New York visitors who want a quiet house after a long day. Guests tell us the same thing: it feels like a home, not a hotel.

The House:
Three plush king rooms so adults don’t have to share the one good bed. A queen room for kids or a second couple. A high quality solid wood dining table that seats the whole group. A kitchen people actually cook in — guests mention the little extras that make mornings easier. Fast Wi-Fi (900+ Mbps). Washer and dryer. Air conditioning. Espresso machine.

Outside:
A private, fenced backyard with lounge chairs, a shaded dining table. Rare in Brooklyn. Good for dinner after the park, not for parties.

Parking:
Off-street parking for one vehicle. In this part of Brooklyn, that is the difference between a smooth arrival and circling the block with people, kids, and bags. Street parking after the first car is possible and generally easy to find. EV charging is available starting October 1, 2026.

Family extras:
Pack-n-play, high chair, and child-safe dishes are included. Tell us before arrival if you need them. Early check-in or late checkout when the calendar allows, $25/hour, max two hours.

Where you are:
Prospect Lefferts Gardens, near Prospect Park. About a 10 minute walk to the park. Prospect Park Zoo, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum are close. Subway nearby for Manhattan. Quiet residential block, with coffee, groceries, and restaurants a short walk away.

House rules:
No smoking. No parties, no events, no extra unregistered guests. Family meals and normal use of the yard are welcome. A simple rental agreement and standard guest verification keep the home ready for the next family. $250 security hold, released 24 hours after checkout.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
